Insurance & Liability Disclosure

1st Annual Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party

- August 22-24

Location: Rolling W Ranch, 36 Delano Dr.,

Sauget, IL 62206

By entering the premises and participating in any activities associated with the Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in this event, including trail rides, live performances, shuttle transportation, field games, and any other physical or recreational activities, involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, loss, or damage, including but not limited to bodily harm, property damage, or exposure to adverse weather and environmental conditions.

2. Release of Liability

Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party organizers, venue owners (Rolling W Ranch), sponsors, performers, vendors, staff, volunteers, and any affiliates are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries (including death) resulting from participation in or attendance at this event.

All attendees release and hold harmless the above parties from any and all liabilities.

3. Insurance Coverage

All attendees are responsible for their own personal health, accident, and liability insurance. Event organizers do not provide individual insurance coverage for attendees.

Horse riders and participants in physical activities are strongly advised to carry personal liability and health insurance.

4. Medical Emergencies

Onsite medical assistance may be available, but attendees are ultimately responsible for their own health and safety. In the event of an emergency, appropriate emergency services will be contacted.

5. Children & Minors

Children under 8 are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. An 8 PM curfew is enforced for minors.

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors in their care.

6. Code of Conduct

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises for disorderly behavior, rule violations, or unsafe conduct, without refund.
