Come join us for a fun-filled day at the Gateway Trail Ride and Field Party! Grab your friends and head over to 36 Delano Dr Sauget Illinois for an exciting outdoor adventure. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just looking for a good time, this event has something for everyone. Enjoy a scenic trail ride, a lively field party with music and performances Headlined by National Recording artist Pokey Bear and more along w/ games, and great food and several Competitions. YEEEE-YEEE! The Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party Presented by Certified Steppas HC, Liquid Assets and Mark Jackson. We're FIXIN' TO GIVE YOU AN EPIC EXPERIENCE! Mark them calendars: August 22nd (Welcome to the Gateway), August 23rd(Trail ride, Concert & Field paarty), & August 24th(Farewell Brunch)! Get ready to PULL UP or SADDLE UP for a weekend of vibes that are pure fire, the music is great, and the country fun gets WILD! 

Friday night, August 22nd, we're kickin' it off with the "Welcome To The Gateway Meet & Greet" – get in, get seen, get ready! 

Hold on to your hats! Saturday, August 23rd, the LEGENDARY POKEY BEAR is takin' over the stage with a live performance! Also performing: Michael B. Whit, Dano the Mano and more.

It's a straight-up experience, w/ 100.3 the beats DJ Cuddy and more. . Beyond the stage, we have a FIELD of shenanigans! 

● Trail Riders! Get ready for some exhilarating rides!  Children 8yrs old and younger free admission (children have 8pm curfew)

● Think you can handle the Mudding Competitions? 

● Get your laugh on with the Pig Chase! 

● Show your skills at Axe Throwing and the Horse Shoe Toss contest! 

● Got moves? Its the Line Dancing showdown! where the winning team recieves $500

● We're crownin' the King & Queen of The Gateway! 

Can't forget the mechanical bull and other Attractions included but not limited to bounce houses for the kids, contests such as Sack races, Best Styled Horse, Most Members, and Furthest Traveled.

Insurance & Liability Disclosure

1st Annual Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party – August 22–24

Location: Rolling W Ranch, 36 Delano Dr., Sauget, IL 62206


By entering the premises and participating in any activities associated with the Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in this event, including trail rides, live performances, shuttle transportation, field games, and any other physical or recreational activities, involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, loss, or damage, including but not limited to bodily harm, property damage, or exposure to adverse weather and environmental conditions.

2. Release of Liability

Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party organizers, venue owners (Rolling W Ranch), sponsors, performers, vendors, staff, volunteers, and any affiliates are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries (including death) resulting from participation in or attendance at this event. All attendees release and hold harmless the above parties from any and all liabilities.

3. Insurance Coverage

All attendees are responsible for their own personal health, accident, and liability insurance. Event organizers do not provide individual insurance coverage for attendees. Horse riders and participants in physical activities are strongly advised to carry personal liability and health insurance.

4. Medical Emergencies

Onsite medical assistance may be available, but attendees are ultimately responsible for their own health and safety. In the event of an emergency, appropriate emergency services will be contacted.

5. Children & Minors

Children under 8 are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. An 8 PM curfew is enforced for minors. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors in their care.

6. Code of Conduct

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises for disorderly behavior, rule violations, or unsafe conduct, without refund.

By attending the Gateway Trail Ride & Field Party, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure and agree to all terms outlined above.
